This Refund Policy applies to purchases of products from Wrenio Studio, a trading name of Techno Assist, registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK no. 39097485). It covers our WordPress plugins and our applications, including Wrenio ClipWise for Windows and macOS ("ClipWise").

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If a paid plan or plugin isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase — just contact us. There's no need to give a reason, though we always welcome feedback so we can improve.
02Subscriptions and renewals
- ClipWise paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If a subscription renews and you didn't mean to continue, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it, provided the plan hasn't been heavily used in that period.
- The free tier is free — there's nothing to refund.
03How to request a refund
Email hello@wrenio.studio with your order or account email, or use the customer portal linked in your purchase-confirmation email. Because our products are sold through resellers acting as merchant of record — Paddle for ClipWise and other applications, and Freemius for WordPress plugins — the refund is issued by the relevant reseller back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show them.
04Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal for digital purchases under EU and Dutch law. Where those rights give you more than this policy, they apply.
05Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy (for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles), or a breach of our Terms of Service. We may also decline requests made well outside the windows above, except where the law requires otherwise.
